Standard stays
- More than 14 days before check-in
- A full refund is available, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges.
- 7–14 days before check-in
- A 50% refund is available.
- Less than 7 days before check-in
- No refund is available. This also applies to no-shows and early departures.
Peak, festive and group stays
Long weekends, festive periods, full-villa stays and group bookings are non-refundable. This is because these dates and stays are held exclusively and are difficult to rebook at short notice.
Date changes
One date change may be considered when requested at least 14 days before check-in, subject to availability. A change is confirmed only once Breathe Woods confirms it in writing.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–9 days of the cancellation request. The time for funds to reflect may vary by the original payment method and bank.
